The departure will take place on Friday, March 13th 2015 at 1:30 PM in front of the 3200 Jean-Brillant building. Please be present at least half an hour prior to departure so that we have the time to board everyone, as well as all the equipment, without delaying the bus.

The condos are equiped with full kitchens, 2 rooms, and have place to sleep 6 people. If you are alone, or if you are not a full group of 6, we will match you with others so as to fill your condo. We will do our best to make sure that everyone is happy, so come talk to us and we will figure things out!
If you want to be placed in a condo with a particular group or faculty, please let us know during your registration and we will do our best to accomodate all requests.
The condos are located at the base of the mountain (Timberline Condominiums).
Ski and activities:
The weekend includes two (2) days of skiing, so the days of Saturday and Sunday.
You also have a night at the waterpark included, on Friday, and the option of purchasing access to the water park on Saturday for the price of $28 extra.
If you register, a spot is reserved for you for the bus, the chalets and the tickets. If you cannot attend after you have registered, please let us know and we will try and figure something out. Do try to let us know as early as possible. We cannot however guarantee anything, so if you wish to cancel your registration, the only way you are getting a refund is if we find someone to take your place, or if you do the same. Please understand that we work on zero budget, and once your spot is reserved, we won’t be able to refund you unless someone else takes that spot. We do understand that unexpected circumstances may arise at any time, so please do know that we will be as understanding as possible and do all in our possible to accommodate you. We do however appreciate your understanding on the matter.
When you sign up, we will ask for you to sign a short paper stating your understanding that we are all adults and responsible for our own actions. If you cannot sign the form during registration (let’s say because your friend signed you up), you will be asked to do so on the bus before we leave. You are to act responsibly on the bus, at and around the chalets, on the hill and throughout the whole weekend in general. If you break anything, hurt anyone (including yourselves) or are responsible for any other mishaps, you will be held accountable for your actions. We aren’t your babysitters and will not be responsible for your actions. We definitely encourage fun and partying, but do also stress responsibility. Let’s have fun without causing too many problems
It is very important not to forget your passport for the trip (and anything else you may need in order to cross into the U.S.!!). We are travelling to Vermont, and so if you do not have your passport (or cannot cross the boder for whatever reason), you will be left at the border (we aren’t joking).
Please follow the appropriate steps and do the necessary research on your own end in order to be certain that you can cross the border. Please be aware of what you need in order to do this.
We also kindly ask you not to bring any drugs, objects, or food which is prohibited in the U.S. (i.e., citrus products). We want to make the transportation as quick and convenient as possible.
It is also to note that the legal drinking age in Vermont is of 21 years! Be aware!
Moreover, please do not forget your ski or snowboard equipment! You laugh, but it happens. Be sure to bring all documentation, identification, and papers that you will need (i.e., medical insurance).
Once again, we would like to remind you that you do not have to be a student at the University of Montreal in order to register to our trips, so feel free to invite your friends!
